We are looking for a Family Therapist for the Family Law Department.

We are currently working on changes to ensure that we can continue to provide good help and support to our citizens. Examples of changes include the introduction of first and second line social services to better manage different types of cases and provide more tailored service. Additionally, we are expanding staff groups to strengthen our capacity.

The Role of Family Therapist with Us

The Family Law Department is part of the Family Unit located in first line social services. Family Therapists at the Family Law Department is a new role in our organization, and you will work on developing the work with visitation support. As a family therapist, you have documentation obligations. In your work, you will receive support through regular external supervision, professional development, and methodological support.

As a family therapist, you will meet children, youth, and their parents in close collaboration. We have good collegial support and a welcoming climate where we cooperate and help each other. You will be part of a group with seven family law secretaries and a team leader.

Your Profile

We are interested in you with the right combination of personality and competence. You are genuinely interested in creating, maintaining, and nurturing good relationships. You enjoy planning and organizing your work efficiently and aim for a collaborative work climate characterized by openness and lack of prestige. We work with dynamic resource allocation, which means that tasks may change based on needs. You also express yourself well in Swedish, both spoken and written. Personal suitability is highly valued.

We are looking for you who:

  • have a degree in social work
  • have experience in psychosocial treatment work aimed at children and youth and their families
  • have a B driver's license

It is an advantage if you have:

  • experience working with visitation support
  • experience leading group activities for children and parents

Our Offer and Additional Information

We offer a permanent full-time position with placement according to agreement.

The work involves needs-based working hours outside of office hours.
